How to deal with law enforcement officer or police to prevent getting busted for marijuana
- The most important rule: if you live in a country, state or area where is is forbidden to possess or smoke marijuana, don't carry it with you, smoke at your friend's place or at home.
- When you buy marijuana at your local supplier don't drive or walk, take a bicycle ride and dress like you are training, no one will suspect you or stop you.
- When stopped by police officer be polite. These people have stressful jobs and it doesn't help being rude.
- If being pulled over by a law enforcement officer, please pull as far off the road as you safely can. You really don't need the officer nervous from traffic.
- Turn on inside lights. Makes them feel safer when they approach you.
- Open glove box and return hands to wheel. Wait for the officer. Do not have driver license or registration out until the officer asks for it.
- Address an officer as: officer or by rank. If it is a state trooper, then trooper is fine. Be polite but don't over use the word, "sir".

- If the police ask to search your car. SAY NO!!. even if you don't think you have anything in it. He may threaten you with the drug dogs. Still do not give consent.
- If the police officer has already given you your ticket. Ask if you are under arrest. If he says no, tell him you are leaving now. Wait until the officer is clear of the vehicle and drive off. Do not wait on the drug dogs unless you want to or are under arrest.
- If the officer hasn't given you your ticket. Ask him if you are under arrest. If he says no. Ask for you ticket and then inform him you are leaving.
- Even though it is against the law to profile, LEOs still do, so try to look stereotipical, marijuana leaf stickers in your car will not help.
- Never tell anybody you plant or have ordered marijuana seeds over the internet. Keep your cannabis seeds hidden in a safe location until the growing time.
