I've never really bothered with sativas because of the prolonged flowering time. Most of my indoor marijuana seeds grows have been focused on indicas. They have much faster marijuana flowering. However, I opted to try my hand at some Haze cannabis seeds just to see how they grow. I read growing sativa marijuana seeds is much more difficult. I'll let you know. Haze has a high degree of difficult. Especially indoors. I'm pretty bored with this indica couchlock. The sativa marijuana strain I have picked for this is the best, Original Haze.
I'm excited.
Day 1
Marijuana seed germination. I've got 4 pieces of kitchen towel, 2 are wet 2 are dry. I put the 2 wet ones on a plate and then empty my cannabis seeds onto the plate and wet towel. I then cover over with the dry towel, lightly pressing to soak up excess moisture from the wet towels. I then cover the marijuana seeds over with a plate and store away in a room temp cupboard.
Day 2
9/10 marijuana seeds germinated, all of them put in to rockwool.
Day 5
Incredible early development. I'm super impressed.
Day 10
Last night I tied my Haze marijuana plants down. I think there is a noticeable change. My decision to super crop was brought on due to my deciding to veg my weed seeds for 5 weeks instead of 4.
Day 14
I am liking it. I found that the recovery from fimming quicker than if my marijuana seeds plants were topped. I like fat bushy plants and this technique is giving me just that. I am wanting to lean away from producing big massive marijuana buds that take 2 weeks just to dry and run the risk of the dreaded mould. What I want is many medium sized buds on numerous branches. I am running it at about 900ppm.
Day 18
Can't believe how fast Original Haze is growing from marijuana seeds. I am going to tie my marijuana plants down again later tonight. They are putting off quite the marijuana smell already. It's only going to get worst closer to marijuana flower.
Day 25
I have put some netting over the girls to try and help me control them. They are growing pretty fast now. I have decided that once they get used to the netting I am going to turn them down.
